1/2oz gin, 1/2oz pink lemonade, dash simple syrup. Stir.

Cocktail: Penguini, based on champagne drink, the Bellini, but with way more peach and penguin influences. If only they made tiny candy rockets….

1/2oz peach schnapps, dash peach bitters, fill 3/4 with champagne. Add frozen peach pieces and garnish with a peachy penguin.
