“An American Werewolf in London” Drinks

Freshen your drink, guvnah?

What an abundance of English ingredients!

Shot: Dr Hirsch, who really should have his own spinoff series where he solves crimes when he’s not saving lives.

1/2oz each kirschwasser and Campari

Cocktail: Slaughtered Lamb, after the pub our doomed protagonists patronize before their run-in with the monster on the moors.

In a shaker filled with ice, combine 2oz gin, 1/2 oz each pomegranate liqueur and lemon juice. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a stemless cherry and lemon wheel.

The lemon represents the full moon, and the red, well, figure it out.

A couple surprisingly decent drinks for a really fun movie. For our full thoughts on both and a whole lot more, check out our episode on An American Werewolf in London!
