This is a bug hunt, man! A bug hunt! Oops, wrong movie.

Shot: Bug Blood, the goo that gushes from the gunshot and exploded insects.

• 1/2oz gold tequila; float 1/2oz melon liqueur on top

Cocktail: Fizzy Dizzy, named after one of our favorite characters in the movie who unfortunately doesn’t last til the end, and has an annoying obsession with Johnny Rico.

• Fill an Old Fashioned glass with ice. Add 1.5oz Drambuie. Fill with club soda and stir. Garnish with an orange twist.

If you’re afraid to try layering a drink, the Bug Blood is a perfect beginner course, as the tequila & Midori pretty much separate on their own.
