Find out if we chose… poorly….

Shot: Choose Wisely, and boy I’m really relying on that line a lot in this post, huh?

• In four identical shot glasses, pour 1oz each of vodka, light rum, silver tequila, and white sambuca. Mix them up and take turns “choosing” which one is the “correct” shot, aka the sambuca. Try not to rapidly age when you pick the harsh stuff.

Cocktail: Henry Jones Sidecar, after the classic cocktail and Sr.’s seat during the motorcycle chase.

• In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine 1oz each scotch, orange liqueur, and lime juice. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. As you sip it make notes in your drink diary.
