Cocktail: Nick ‘Nac, after the murderous manservant of the titular character.

• Rinse a rocks glass with a splash of Goldschlager. In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine 2oz cognac and a dash each Peychaud’s and orange bitters. Stir and strain into the rocks glass. Garnish with an orange peel. Goes great with peanuts and kickboxing.
