Shot: Spectre, the narration device of the story, kinda.

• Pour 1/4oz green creme de menthe in a shot glass. Carefully layer 3/4oz creme de cacao on top. Drink and speak in a wavy, holier-than-thou voice. Judgy bastard.

Cocktail: Kingdom Come— hey, that’s the name of the book!

• In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine 3oz Crown Royal whisky and 1 dash each lemon, cherry, orange, peach, grapefruit, plum, and cranberry bitters. Stir and strain into a rocks glass. It’s like a boozy fruit salad!
