You don’t need to drink while watching this movie, but it sure helps.

Shot: Flaming Commode, after the poopy projectile fired into the mining camp, probably killing several innocent workers. Ernest, you monster!

• In a shot glass combine 1/2oz vodka and 1/4oz Galliano. Add 3 raisins and a 151 rum float. Ignite, blow out, and try not to think too much about what you’re drinking and eating.

Cocktail: Pokey, after Ernest’s pet turtle and the real hero of the movie.

• In an ice-filled shaker combine 2oz vodka, 1oz hazelnut liqueur, 3/4oz Irish cream, and 1/4oz butterscotch schnapps. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.
